Warranty Policy

If you are unfortunate to have your item fail within the first 12 months from the date of purchase, please contact us via email or the phone number provided. We shall initiate an internal warranty claim - you will be asked to return the faulty item to us, to be checked over and replaced with a NEW item. (We do however reserve the right to issue a refund less p&p). Warranty postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. £5.99 will be charged to send your new replacement.

If the faulty item is less than 7 days old. We shall arrange a courier to collect the item and replace with a new one.

EXCLUSIONS: BATTERIES, HOLDALLS AND CARRY CASES ONLY HAVE 28 DAYS WITH RESPECT TO WARRANTY.
